Lower Kesyar Fall is a beautiful moderate height horsetail fall let down by the lackluster water quality. Upstream development has impacted water quality with mud and slit causing it to be murky. For those who enjoy camping, there is a campsite with basic facilities near the waterfall. Visitors who prefer a more luxurious stay can opt to stay a night at the resort instead. There are guided tours offered to the waterfall which makes it suitable for beginners to attempt.
Lower Kesyar Fall 1
From Kuala Lumpur, head to Kg Bukit Tinggi as the landmark. Visitors from the north may use Bentong town instead as the landmark. Use the old federal road (Route 68) connecting Kg Bukit Tinggi and Bentong town to navigate to the access junction here. (Image 1) Take the junction into the narrow gravel road where visitors will reach a bridge located right outside of the resort sign. For daytrip visitors, ensure to park before the bridge by the side of the road without obstructing passing vehicles. Proceed by foot from here on out.
Across the small bridge, take a right turn up the hill to an orchard. (Image 2) A semi-clear trail is visible that leads to the stream. By using the trail on the left of the stream visitors should arrive by the waterfall in less than 30mins. Beginners and visitors who are staying at the resort or campsite should join the guided tour instead as access would be different.(and probably easier)

Exploration Notes :
There is a second Lower Kesyar Fall located upstream about 1.2km away but it is commonly attempted from another entrance trail. (via Jln Berjaya Hills Resort) While possible to riverside trek to it from Lower Kesyar Fall 1, this has not been attempted nor verified.
