Lata Tebing Dua Falls
Lata Tebing Dua Falls is a waterfall living under the shadow of the more well known Lepok Falls. It consist of 2 waterfall levels; a 2 drop horsetail lower fall and a segmented upper fall. Pictured below is the right section of the segmented fall. The trail to this waterfall is wild and non-existent beyond the Y junction from the main track towards Lepok Falls. Bushwhacking and river trekking may also be required, hence it is NOT suitable for beginners to attempt.
Head to Kg Orang Asli Kuala Pangsun as the landmark. After Kem Lubuk Manggis, keep an eye out for the left junction into Sg Lepok village.(Image 1.) Proceed inwards where visitors will pass several chalets and homestays with the road ending at Asli Adventure Camp signboard. There are parking spots here but it is a narrow road and parking is sparse.(Image 2.) Local OS manages the parking and collects a parking fee. Ensure to park without obstructing passing traffic.
Scramble up the side of the fall to the upper section of the stream. The left section of the upper segmented falls are about 400m away pictured below while the right section of the segmented falls is a further short distance away following the river.
