| SAKARONG FALLS near Kpg Sadir , Ulu Padawan
SAKARONG FALLS IS ONE OF ABOUT A HALF A DOZEN WATERFALLS ACCESSIBLE FROM KPG SADIR, ULU PADAWAN....about 1.5 hours driving time from Kuching. It takes a full day to see the two Sakarong waterfalls which lie along the river where there was a recent bridge collapse just before arriving in Kpg Sadir.
The upper falls is a small twin falls set in dense jungle and difficult to locate....the lower falls is more impressive *(higher] but also difficult to locate... Our guide, Reverend William, the local minister of the Anglican Church, at Kpg Sadir, was only available to take us after the church service on Sunday Morning. William has a Durian garden & treated all of us to Durian Feast BEFORE showing us waterfalls....in all a great day...THANKS TO OUR GUIDE WILLIAM !
